1. Client Eligibility & Direct Partnership Policy

Direct Clients Only

AR Motions works exclusively through direct partnerships to ensure the highest creative standards, seamless communication, and efficient execution.

  • Zero Middleman Policy: I do not provide editing services to brokers, third-party middlemen, or outsourcing intermediaries.
  • Eligible Clients: I work solely and directly with verified Brands, Content Creators, and Business Owners.
  • All creative briefs, source assets, and approvals must originate directly from the brand owner or authorized internal team member.

2. Revision Policy & Change Orders

Structured Scope

Every standard video project includes structured revision rounds strictly within the original agreed brief:

Included Rounds

1 Major Revision & 1 Minor Revision aligned with initial instructions.

Fee: Included (100% Free)

Company Mistake

Missed client instructions or technical/creative error caused by AR Motions.

Fee: Free of Cost Correction

Wrong Instructions / Scope Change

Client provides contradictory, omitted, or incorrect instructions, script alterations, or new direction after edit completion.

Fee: 20% to 70% of Order Cost (Added to final bill)

Revision Billing Notice:

Billable revisions range between 20% and 70% of total project cost depending on required re-rendering, footage re-cutting, asset substitution, and timeline overhead.

3. Payment Terms & Asset Protection

Milestone Based
  • 50% Advance Payment: Required prior to project initiation, asset download, or timeline scheduling.
  • 50% Final Delivery Payment: Due upon final preview review and prior to releasing clean, unwatermarked master assets.

Digital Watermark Policy:

All review cuts, drafts, and approval previews will feature a permanent AR Motions watermark. Master clean renders (high-bitrate export, project archives, or native project files) will be released strictly after 100% full invoice clearance.

4. Content Accuracy, Fact-Checking & Liability

Liability Disclaimer

AR Motions acts strictly as a creative and post-production service. I execute editing based solely on materials, scripts, voiceovers, and instructions supplied by the client.

  • Zero Responsibility for Misinformation: AR Motions bears no responsibility for any factual errors, false claims, misleading data, copyright infringements, or legal disputes arising from client-provided copy, imagery, or instructions.
  • The client retains full and sole liability for the integrity, compliance, and legality of the published video content.

5. Mandatory Agreement & Acknowledgement

By commissioning work, transferring advance funds, or onboarding with AR Motions, the client implicitly and unconditionally agrees to all outlined terms, revision fees, payment milestones, and liability policies. No exceptions or verbal modifications apply unless countersigned in writing.
